A boy and his pumpkin

At the Manno Farm on Kings Highway last weekend, Michael Brockway, 3, chose a pumpkin he hopes will make a great “Jack O’ Lantern” for Halloween. Children of many ages will have a chance to display their Halloween spirit on Monday, Oct. 31, when annual parades in the villages of Florida and Warwick step off. But they won’t be able to stay out past 8 p.m. as the Warwick Police Department will again be enforcing a curfew for unattended young people beginning at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 30, to 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31, and from 8 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Nov. 1.
