4-H club is for whole family

Warwick —4-H, the Youth Development Program of Cornell Cooperative Extension, will hold a registration night beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16, at the Warwick Town Hall. In addition to the traditional 4-H interests of cooking, sewing, and livestock, club activities include rocketry, electronics, woodworking, photography, public speaking, and community service. 4-H offers membership in the Cloverbuds for children 5-7 years, neighborhood 4-H clubs for children 8-19, and teen programs for those 13-19 years old. Parents and guardians can also volunteer to be a club leader or to work on a project of their choice with the club. The annual 4-H membership fee is $7 per member, with a $14 maximum per family.
