Taylor James Knoblock graduates with engineering degree

Goshen — Taylor James Knoblock of Goshen earned a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the Cooper Union in May. Knoblock was part of the Cross Country team and received many mentions. He won the Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:45 over the 8K course at Purchase College. Knoblock finished second in the event in 2009 before taking the individual title in 2010. He also volunteered with several charitable organizations, tutoring neighborhood elementary and high-school students. He is the son of Robin and Mike Knoblock and a Goshen High School graduate. He plans to pursue a career in renewable technologies and green energy.
