Still on the run at 101

Howard Werany of Warwick celebrated his 101st birthday on Dec. 10 with a party given to him by his four children: Netta Montuori of Florida, N.Y., Victor Werany of Middletown, Eunice Golia of New Jersey and Adrienne Campbell of New Hampshire. According to his daughter, Netta Montuori, Mr. Werany remains very active. “You might bee him riding around on his electric scooter in the village or heading over to Schervier Pavilion to visit the sick and elderly,” she said. “He’s now looking forward to his 102 birthday.” (Photo provided by Netta Montuori)
