Pinewood Derby fun for all

Participants display their cars, ribbons and trophies at the recent Royal Rangers Outpost 271 Pinewood Derby. Nearly 20 entries in the two classes participated at the third annual event. In the Ranger class, first place in the Ranger class went to Michael Stallone, second was awarded to brother Nicky Stallone and third to Timothy Colgan. In the open class, Michael Stallone again had the fastest car, with Tom Ceritell in second, and Evan Timko in third. This year’s spirit trophy went to Daniel Guddemi for the most spiritual design on his car. Next year’s derby will again be open to boys and girls in Warwick and the surrounding communities.
