Paffenroth graduates

Susan Jean Paffenroth participated in the commencement exercises at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tenn. on Dec. 16. She is a graduate of Warwick Valley Central School District and the daughter of David N. and Wendy L. Paffenroth of Pine Island. Paffenroth received her degree in public health/health education and sociology. She works in Johnson City, Tenn. (Provided photo)
