Teresa Harrison of Warwick (formerly of Elmont, N.Y.) passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025. She was 91 years old.
Born in Brooklyn on Sept. 21, 1933, she was the daughter of Maurice and Dorothy (née Rodgers) Ryan.
Teresa was a retired receptionist for Georgia Pacific in Warwick and JF Moran Co., Jamaica, N.Y.
Teresa is survived by her beloved children: daughter Sharon Harrison of Middletown; son George Harrison of Phoenix, Arizona; granddaughter Kristen Milliken and her husband David of Maybrook; great-grandchildren James and Alicen Milliken; sister Dorothy Chu of Holly Hill, Fla.; and brother Gerard Ryan of Babylon.
She was predeceased by her beloved son Gary Harrison and brother Maurice.
Visitation was held April 29 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
A Mass was celebrated April 30 at St. Stephen RC Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
