Rose Goldstein

Rose Goldstein, formerly a resident of Mt. Alverno in Warwick, passed away peacefully at Middletown Park Manor in Middletown, on Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at the age of 97.
Rose will be remembered by her daughter and son-in-law Marsha and Jonathan Talbot of Warwick and her daughter Cynthia Seener-Vasilis of Lakewood, N.J. Her memory will also live in the hearts of her four grandchildren: Loren Talbot and her husband Jacob Schuiten of Bloomfield, N.J., Garret Talbot of Warwick, Stefan Vasilis and his wife Christina and their daughter Lia of Annandale, Va., and Giorgio Vasilis of Wall Township, N.J.
Born Rose Seener in London, England, Rose immigrated to the United States when she was seven. She spent her formative years in New York City, later living in New Jersey and Florida before coming to Warwick.
An avid singer and performer, Rose participated in amateur theatricals for most of her life.
She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Julius Goldstein.
A grave side service was held Sept. 11 at the Beth David Cemetery in Elmont.
