It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Robert Lemin of Warwick on April 23, 2025, at Westchester Medical Center. He was 63 years old.
A lifetime resident of Warwick, he was one of the twin sons of Emerson Ferdon and Hilda F. Lemin, born on Nov. 22, 1961. His twin, Raymond, passed away in 1993.
Bob retired from Cablevision where he worked as a senior technician for many years. Most recently Bob worked for Greenville Volunteer Ambulance as an EMT.
Bob believed in service before self, demonstrating that in the community he loved, as a dedicated member of the Warwick Fire Department, having served as past chief and as an active member and first lieutenant of the Warwick Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
His family statement reads: “Bob loved his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was also a devoted Mets fan. He enjoyed watching their recent winning streak while he was hospitalized.”
Bob joins his twin brother Raymond in heaven and leaves to grieve: his wife Jennifer at home; daughter Erin Bradsher and her husband William Gray, Rougemont, N.C.; son Alex McWilliams; stepchildren: Jackie Hamilton; David Dagnone; Daniel Dagnone; Holly Frischknecht; Kyle Frischknecht; and Ryan Frischknecht; brothers Bill Lemin and Cliff Lemin; four grandchildren: Zofia, Harper, Grayson and Aliyah; and many nieces and nephews, including Andrew and Scott Lemin who have followed Bob’s example of service in the Warwick Fire Department.
Visitation as well as Firematic and Ambulance Corps services were held April 27 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
A funeral service was held at Calvary Baptist Church, 5 Wisner Road, Warwick, on April 28, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
