    Paul Wojtaszek, formerly of Florida, N.Y., entered into rest on Friday, June 29, 2018. He was 72.
    The son of Barney Wojtaszek and Joan Kosior Wojtaszek, he was born Nov. 7, 1945, in Warwick.
    He was an accomplished musician who was proficient in 13 different instruments. He valued education and received a number of degrees in business, finance and music.
    Paul held numerous careers over his lifetime, including teaching, band leader, music director, production manager, plant manager and plumbing specialist.
    Later in life, he became an international traveler, visiting destinations in 14 countries.
    He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.
    Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Rose Dzierzek Wojtaszek formerly of Florida, N.Y.; children Vincent, Michael and Christine; grandchildren Aiden, Saige, Brianna and Dominik; sister Barbara Wojtaszek, formerly of Florida, N.Y., a number of cousins and nephews; and his beloved cat, Ling Ling.
    Visitation will be held Friday, July 6, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Ave., Florida.
    A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, July 7, at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Ave., Florida.
    Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with incurred costs.
