Pasquale F. Sidoti
Pasquale F. “Pat” Sidoti of Goshen, a self-employed produce grower, entered into rest on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, in Ithaca. He was 83.
The son of Philip Sidoti and Angelina Dina Sidoti, he was born Aug. 12, 1930, in Middletown.
He was a member of St. Stanislaus Church in Pine Island and its Holy Name Society.
He was a member of the Orange County Farm Bureau and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
He was also a director and advisor for the Orange County Vegetable Growers Association.
He’ll always be remembered for the warmth of his smile, his caring heart and his endless generosity.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Bernadette Morgiewicz Sidoti of Goshen; three sons: Joseph Sidoti of Pine Island, Andrew Sidoti and his partner Steven Pisani of Brookfield, Conn., and Thomas Sidoti of Port Jervis; daughter Mary Ann Wynne and her husband John of New City; seven grandchildren: Michael Sidoti and his wife Danielle, Matthew Sidoti, Jessica and Jennifer Sidoti and Dylon and Nicholas Wynne; and a sister, Rosaria Donahoe. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Andrew and Philip Sidoti Jr.; and a grandson, Joseph Sidoti Jr.
A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, at St. Stanislaus Church.
Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
