Otto A. Gorish Sr.

    Otto A. Gorish Sr. of Florida, N.Y., a retired truck driver with teamsters local 445 and a retired farmer, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. He was 93.
    The son of Otto Gorish and Rena Onderdonk Gorish, he was born March 9, 1925, in Warwick.
    Survivors include four sons: Otto A. Gorish Jr. and wife Debra, Waverly A. Gorish, Reid F. Gorish and Lane A. Gorish and wife Joy; daughter Rhonda Gorish; nine grandchildren: Otto, Rena, Shana, Aaron, Nevin, Lauren, Reid Jr., Lane and Briar; 11 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
    He was predeceased by brother Fred Gorish and sister Dorothy Johansen.
    Visitation was held on April 15 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home.
    Funeral services were held April 16 at the funeral home.
    Burial was in the Florida Cemetery.
