Mildred Busca

Mildred Busca of Warwick passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at her home with her loving family beside her. She was 98 years old.
Born in Brooklyn on Sept. 10, 1919, she was the daughter of Dominic and Anna (Didato) DeCrescenzo.
Mildred was the widow of Michael Busca.
She worked in the dietary department at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn.
Mildred devoted her life to her family, as they were always her number one priority.
Words cannot describe the love she gave to her family and friends. Mildred always gave more than she had, never asking for anything in return. She worshiped her grandchildren and always held them close to her heart.
Mildred is survived by her daughter, Anne Curry and husband James of Warwick; and her granddaughters Clare Busca of Brooklyn and Jennifer Busca and her husband Cory Gaddis of Westchester; grandsons Christopher Curry of Brooklyn, James Curry of Warwick, Michael Curry of Brooklyn and Steven Curry of Rockville, Maryland; and daughter-in-law Rebecca Busca of Manalapan, N.J.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sons Michael and Charles; her brothers Joseph and Thomas DeCrescenzo; sisters Margaret Barone and Nancy Busca; and granddaughter Jessica Curry.
A Funeral Mass was held May 10 at St. Stephen RC Church in Warwick.
Interment followed in St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
