    Maureen A. Martin (nee O’Rourke) of Warwick died Friday, June 1, 2012, after a brief illness. She was 76 years old.

    Affectionately known as “Nanny Moe,” she was born Jan. 29, 1936, in Brooklyn, to Marion and John O’Rourke.

    Maureen was formerly an operator with New Jersey Bell in Wayne, N.J. She was a part-time aide at St. Anthony Community Hospital, a parishioner of St. Stephen’s R.C. Church and a former member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians.

    A beloved mother, she leaves behind her four children and their spouses: Kevin and Mary Anne Martin, Claire and Rob Robinson, Theresa and Ron Pustelniak and Margaret and John Wulff. She is the cherished grandmother of Michael, John, Kevin, Casey, Scott, Kathryn, Erin, Kelly, Sara, Kiersten, Alex and Isabelle. She also leaves behind her brothers: Patrick O’Rourke and John O’Rourke and his wife Ann; sister Joan Banahan and her husband Edward; and many nieces and nephews.

    A funeral Mass was scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5, at St. Stephen’s R.C. Church. Private cremation.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Stephen’s R.C. Church, Mother’s Cupboard Fund, Baby Bottle Campaign, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
