Mary Rose Piasecki
Mary Rose Piasecki entered into rest on Friday, July 26, 2013, in Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. Mary was 93 and a lifelong resident of Warwick.
The daughter of John Prochneski and Pauline Vitomski, she was born June 1, 1920, in Warwick.
Mary was a proprietor of Piasecki Trucking, Inc., and bookkeeper for Swartz Oil in the Village of Florida.
She was a member of the Warwick High School Class of 1938.
She is survived by her son-in-law George Aulen of Warwick; daughters Bernice Skraba and her husband Phil of Masonville, Colo., and Joanne Piasecki of Butler, N.J.; grandson David Aulen and his wife Holly of Fox Lake, Ill.; and granddaughter Maryann Skraba of Newport Beach, Calif. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Bernard Piasecki; daughter Rosemary Aulen and sister Anna Kujawski.
A funeral Mass was held July 31 at St. Joseph Church in the Village of Florida.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
