Mary Ann Gagliano

Mary Ann Gagliano of Warwick (and formerly of Lighthouse Point, Fla.) died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012. She was 81 years old.

Born Feb. 18, 1931, in Jersey City, N.J., she was the daughter of Joseph and Helen (Troy) Walsh.

She was married to Guido Gagliano (2002).

Mary was a bank teller with Equity Savings in Kearney, N.J., before retiring. She was a member of the Warwick Democratic Club.

She is survived by her sons Mark Schaefer of Knightvale, N.C., Joseph Schaefer of Wharton, N.J., and Robert Schaefer of Hewitt, N.J.; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a brother, Dudley (Michael) Walsh of Florida; a sister, Ruth Colacino of Florida.

She was predeceased by a son, William Schaefer.

A memorial service celebrating Mary’s life will be held at noon on Thursday, Nov. 15, at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
