Madeline Gwozd

    Madeline Gwozd of Florida, N.Y., a retired office manager for Rider-Weiner & Frankel Law Firm in New Windsor, entered into rest on Monday, Jan. 1, 2018, at home. She was 69.
    The daughter of John Gwozd and Hedwig Poloniewicz Gwozd, she was born on May 19, 1948, in Brooklyn.
    She is survived by her brother-in-law Benjamin Keeney of Goshen; nephew Benjamin Keeney of Goshen; niece Brianne Keeney of Goshen; along with many cousins whom she loved.
    She was predeceased by her sister, Virginia Keeney.
    A cremation funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13, at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Ave., Florida.
    Burial of her ashes will be held in the spring.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church, 14 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
