John Myruski of Warwick dies at age 85
John Myruski of Warwick, a retired laborer for the Town of Goshen Department of Public Works and a self-employed produce farmer, died on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, in St. Anthony's Community Hospital, Warwick. He was 85.
Son of the late Lewis and Frances Brozycki Myruski, he was born on Nov. 11, 1927, in Goshen.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Aileen Janiak Myruski; son, Steven Myruski and wife, Christina; daughter, Maureen Myruski, all of Warwick; two grandchildren, Sarah and Nicholas Myruski; two brothers, Raymond Myruski and wife, Rosalie, Lewis Myruski and wife, Victoria; sister, Marion Myruski, all of Goshen, NY; several niece and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Clementine Wanczyk and two brothers, Joseph and Florian "Floyd" Myruski.
Visitation was held on Nov. 16 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, Florida. A Funeral Mass was held Nov. 17 at St. Joseph Church, Florida. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida.
