John E. Skinner Jr.

John E. Skinner Jr. of Warwick entered into rest on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, in Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. He was 60.

The son of John E. Skinner Sr. and Joan Terwilliger Skinner, he was born July 20, 1953.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Marion Langlitz Skinner at home in Warwick; five children: Wendy Shockley and her husband Steve of Carthage, Mo., Dawn Lewis and her husband Scott, Brian Skinner, Christopher Skinner and Sarah Donna Skinner, all of Springfield, Mo.; five grandchildren; Michael, Tiffany and Michelle Lewis and Daelon and Chase Shockley; mother-in-law Ruth Langlitz of Warwick; brothers Howard J. Skinner of Middletown and Harry C. Skinner of Warwick; sisters Carol Lynch and her husband Grant of Westtown and Jane M. Skinner of Dobbs Ferry.

He was predeceased by his sister, Sue Ann Eurich.

There will be no visitation and cremation will be held privately.
