John A. Tinnirello

John A. Tinnirello, master craftsman, entered into rest on Sunday, Feb. 26, at home surrounded by his family and cherished friends after a short battle with cancer. He was 64 years old. He formerly lived in Brooklyn and has been a Warwick resident for 28 years.
Born July 5, 1947, in Kingston, Pa., he was the son of Josephine (Domanski) Tinnirello and James G. Tinnirello (2006).
John served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a member of American Legion Post 4662 in Warwick.
He was a self-employed master craftsman and was a member of St. Stephens R.C. Church in Warwick.
His family statements reads: John loved his family and was so proud of his children and grandchildren. He loved life, loved the ocean and fishing and was always knee deep in his craft, always willing to help someone else.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lucyann; his daughter Jennifer Forestire and her husband Matthew; his son Douglas Tinnirello and his wife Annie; his three grandchildren, the joys of his life: Zane, Scarlett and Violet.
John is also survived by his beloved mother Josephine, his sisters Theresa and Alicia, brother James, his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was celebrated March 1 at St. Stephens R.C. Church, followed by private cremation.
