Joan M. Reichenbach

Joan M. Reichenbach of Greenwood Lake passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018. She was 72 years old.
She was born in the Bronx to parents Henry C. Brandt II and Katherine (Higgins) Brandt on June 16, 1946.
Joan was employed by Masker Orchards in Warwick where she lovingly ran the country store.
Her family's statement: “Beloved by all who knew her, she had a million dollar smile. She is now in the arms of the Creator.”
Joan is survived by her life companion, George Vurno of Greenwood Lake; her two sons: Stephen Reichenbach and wife Carrie of Van Hornesville and Brian Reichenbach and wife Nicole of South Salem; her daughter Stacey Reichenbach of Willimantic, Conn.; sisters Elizabeth Houle and Kay Manecky, both of Beverly Hills, Fla.; brother Henry C. Brandt III of Armonk; and eight grandchildren: Katerina, Ilyana, Morrighan, Henry, Cormac, Kai, Nani and Noe.
Memorial visitation was held Sept. 10 and Sept. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Warwick.
A Funeral Mass was held at Holy Rosary Church in Greenwood Lake on Sept. 12.
