Irene Spiak

Irene Spiak of Warwick, a retired registered nurse for Elmwood Manor Nursing Home in Nanuet, entered into rest on in Tuesday, June 17, 2014. She was 90.

The daughter of Frank Skuta and Martha Hoiczyk Skuta, she was born Feb. 26, 1924, in France.

She is survived by her son, Raymond Spiak and his wife Loretta of New Hampton; grandson Michael Spiak; brother-in-law Peter Spiak; sister-in-law Helen Spiak’ and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Stephen Spiak.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 21, at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home from 10:30 to 11 a.m.

Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Warwick Cemetery.
