Helen L. Stephens (nee Reinertsen) of Warwick (and formerly of West Palm Beach, Fla.) passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. She was 95 years old.
Born on Aug. 18, 1922, in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of Oliver and Regina (Soyland) Reinertsen.
A graduate of Bay Ridge High School in Brooklyn, Helen was a secretary with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in Bellmore on Long Island before retiring.
She is survived by her daughter Betty Bryant and her husband Charles of Warwick; her grandsons Kevin Bryant and wife Elizabeth of Sugar Loaf and Richard Bryant of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and great-grandson Greyson Bryant.
She was predeceased by her brother Leif Reinertsen.
The family would like to extend a special mention of gratitude to the staff at the Chelsea at Bald Eagle as well as the caring staff at Schervier Pavilion.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Helen’s name may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
