Helen J. Dziedzic of West Milford, N.J., (and formerly of Monroe and Warwick, N.Y., passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 6, 2018, at Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, N.J. She was 93 years old.
The daughter of John and Mary Strama Lisowski, she was born Oct. 10, 1924, in Old Forge, Pa.
Helen was the widow of Frank Dziedzic, who predeceased her in 2000.
She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church of Monroe.
Helen was very involved with organizations and groups when she lived in the state of Florida, including volunteering at Palm Beach Regional Hospital. She was a member of the Warwick Senior Citizens and a member of the Red Hat Society.
Survivors include her loving daughters Donna Genovese and her husband Ronald and Paula Casse and her husband Roy; her granddaughters: Erika Genovese and her husband Jason Strobel, and Lara Casse; and her great grandson Tyler Strobel.
Helen was predeceased by her brother and three sisters.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated May 10 at Sacred Heart Church.
Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
Burial of cremains will be held at the convenience of the family in Seamanville Cemetery in Monroe, where Helen will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Frank.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101.
