Harvey H. Scheuermann

Harvey H. Scheuermann of Warwick passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. He was 81 years old.

The son of John and Katherine Luft Scheuermann, he was born Oct. 21, 1931, in Warwick.

He was a lifetime resident of Pine Island, retired from the Lehigh and Hudson Railroad, an active member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Warwick, and an avid golfer at the Warwick Valley Country Club.

Survivors include his son Richard Scheuermann and his wife Nancy of Lewisville, Texas, and La Jolla, Calif.; two grandchildren: Alex and Derek Scheuermann; companion Dotty Carmody of Warwick; and sister Norma Bryant.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Little York Road, Warwick.

Burial will be in the Warwick Cemetery.
