Frank P. Di Pietro

Frank P. Di Pietro of Chester passed away Friday, March 8, 2013, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. He was 83 years old.

Born Oct. 8, 1929, in Newark, N.J., he was the son of Francis P. and Sarina (Giaimo) Di Pietro.

Frank was the owner of Rome Liquors in Fairview, N.J. He then worked for McCarter & English until his retirement 13 years ago. Frank enjoyed stamp and coin collecting, painting, visits from grandkids and especially jigsaw puzzles in later years.

He is survived by his wife Maryann of Chester; his children: Frank Di Pietro of Chester, John Di Pietro and his wife Mary of Emerson, N.J., Donna Olsen and her husband Darren of Waterford, Mich., Christina Zalewski and her husband Jim of Cumming, Ga., and Laurie Infantino of Warwick; his grandchildren: John Di Pietro Jr., Tara, Allison and her husband Andy, Brandon, Caitlin, Megan, Jennifer, Abigail, Michael, Janine and her fiancé Jared, and Samantha; and great-grandchild Elias; loving sister Concetta Campanile and her children Cynthia Kinney, Claudia Nagy and Mark Campanile.

Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in E. Hanover, N.J.
