Frank Crigar

Frank Crigar of Warwick, N.Y., formerly of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away after a long, courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021, at St. Anthony Community Hospital. He was 65 years old.

Born in Warwick on Feb. 6, 1956, he was the son of Donald H. and Janet (Houghtaling) Crigar.

Frank proudly joined to serve in the U.S. Army in 1973 and was honorably discharged in 1977.

Frank was a talented musician who enjoyed playing guitar, the outdoors, reading, playing games and riding his motorcycle.

Frank is survived by his son Frank Crigar Jr. of Idaho; daughter Amanda Crigar of Las Vegas, Nevada; stepdaughter Cassie King; three grandchildren: Isaiah Fierro, Sebastian Crigar and Blake King; sisters Mildred Crigar of Middletown, N.Y., and Deborah Pascal of Warwick, N.Y.; brother Donald H. Crigar Jr. of White Sulphur Springs, N.Y.; mother of his children and first wife, Valerie Crigar of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews.

Private arrangements were made by Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
