Frances Myruski

    Frances Myruski of Goshen entered into rest on Monday, Dec. 3, 2012. She was 82.

    The daughter of Michael Mudrick and Barbara Keryk Mudrick, she was born June 20, 1930, in Warwick.

    She married Felix Myruski on Nov. 9, 1952.

    She was a member of St. Joseph Church and it’s Living Rosary Society and choir in the Village of Florida; the German Club of America and a former member of the Warwick Valley Chorale.

    She also participated in numerous Onion Harvest Festivals where she both sang in the choir and made costumes.

    She was an expert seamstress, loved gardening, canning, cooking and entertaining family and friends.

    She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Myruski of Maybrook, daughter, Jane Myruski Shaw and her husband Richard of Laurens; son Thomas Myruski and his wife Jill of New Fairfield, Conn.; son James Myruski and his wife Kathleen of Fair Oaks; four grandchildren: Thomas, Candice, Eric & Zackary.

    She was predeceased by her husband Felix Bernard Myruski; brothers Peter, John and Raymond Mudrick and sisters Martha Pawliczek and Genevieve Dombroski.

    A funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at St. Joseph Church in the Village of Florida, with the burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
