Florence T. Clickett, formerly of Homestead Village in Warwick and an assistant librarian for the Warwick Valley School District, entered into rest on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, in Bethpage.
The daughter of Adolf Oleszczuk and Bronislawa Lapinska Oleszczuk, she was born on Feb. 17, 1925, in Brooklyn.
She is survived by her niece Alice Langan of Massapequa; her niece Janet Mullen of Nyack; her nephew,Robert Nemeksis of Palm Coast, Florida; along with many great nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass was held Feb. 4, at St. Stephen the First Martyr Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick.
Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Pine Island.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local VFW.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the T.S. Purta Funeral Home.
