Emanuel ('Manny') Nicholas Fotiadis

Emanuel ("Manny") Nicholas Fotiadis of Florida, N.Y., died on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. He was 19.

The son of Jim and Debra Whittaker Fotiadis he was born in Dec. 18, 1995 in Goshen, NY.

He was a graduate of SS Seward Institute Class of 2014, and was student beginning his sophomore year at NYIT.

Survivors include his parents, Jim and Deb Fotiadis; younger siblings, Kristina, Melanie, and Wesley Fotiadis; aunt and uncle Diane and Tony Nevarez; cousins Dana, Leah, and Tara Nevarez of Florida; grandmother, Josephine Whittaker of Goshen; uncle and aunt John and Pat Whittaker of Warwick; cousins, Tara Guzman and Jessica Whittaker; and numerous friends, including his closest, Jess Berger of Mahopac and Tristan Martin of Florida.

Visitation was held July 18 and 19 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home in Florida, N.Y. Funeral services were held July 18 at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Bernard Heter officiating.

Private cremation will be held.
