Elizabeth F. Brown

Elizabeth F. "Liz" Brown of The Villages in the State of Florida, and formerly of Warwick, N.Y., entered into eternal rest on May 20, 2018 at The Villages Regional Hospital. She was 82 years old.
The daughter of H. Barney and Esther Feagles, Liz was born on Oct. 9, 1935, in Warwick.
Elizabeth was a graduate of Warwick High School and Oneonta State University. She was an original member of Minisink High School faculty and also taught at Washingtonville and Middletown schools.
She was involved in swimming as a Red Cross Safety Instructor, was a Masters' Swim
Competitor and served 30 years as a high school official.
Elizabeth is survived by her beloved companion, H. Keith Willcox of The Villages, Fla.; her children: Paul R. Brown and wife Lily of Lafayette, La., Nancy E. Taus and husband Charles of Putnam Valley and Timothy J. Brown and wife Beth of Lincoln, R.I.; her grandchildren: Jonah Brown, McGovern, Holden and Sadie Brown, Lucy and Sophie Taus; and by her brother, Robert Feagles and wife Joan of St. Johnsville.
She was predeceased by her sister, Ruth Durland.
A memorial service was held June 26 at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home in the Village of Florida.
