| 21 Oct 2013 | 02:46

Dr. Dora Perino of Thousand Oaks, California, entered into final rest on Oct. 18, 2013, in Schervier Pavilion in Warwick surrounded by her family. She was 85 years old.

She was born July 23, 1928, in Mar Del Plata, Argentina.

She is survived by her two loving sons: Eric and his wife Mary of Agoura Hills, California, and Igor and Elke of Brooklyn; four beautiful grand children: Cleo of Brooklyn and Julien, Eden and Evelyn of Agoura Hills, California.

She also is survived by Bill Bache of Fairfield, Conn., who entered her life with love and guidance when she most needed it; her dear sister- in- law Stella Berry and her husband Joe of Warwick; her godchild Christina Kania and her husband Rob and their children Alexandria and Morgan of Middletown.

Dora touched so many people in her life time as a very caring person. If you met Dora once you would love her. She never let the obstacles that she faced in life prevent her from succeeding and attaining her goals: supporting her career through medical school pursued her dream becoming an OBGYN surgeon and a doctor practicing in Brooklyn and New York City.

She will deeply be missed by all.

A private memorial service to celebrate her wonderful life will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction Lazear-Smith Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Warwick. To send an online condolence, see www.lsvpmemorialhome.com.
