Douglas Lybolt

Douglas Lybolt of Warwick passed away on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 73 years old.
He was born on Jan. 29, 1944, the son of George and Tillie Lybolt.
He was a lifelong area resident and member of St. Stephen’s RC Church in Warwick.
Doug was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was a hardworking, self-employed man running a successful home restoration business for more than 30 years. Before owning his own business, he worked for the Ford Motor Company in Mahwah, N.J.
In the community, he was an active member of the Warwick Jaycees. He was an avid poker player who also loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and gardening.
The family would like to thank all those who cared for him, especially the staff at St. Anthony Community Hospital.
Doug will be remembered by his wife Lucy Lybolt at home; his sons Douglas Lybolt of Warwick and Chris Lybolt and wife Meegan of Midlothian, Va.; his daughters Lori Lybolt of Hoboken, N.J., and Michele Quinones and husband Anthony of Warwick; his brother David Lybolt of Warwick; and his grandchildren Rachel Lybolt, Olivia and Mason Quinones.
A Funeral Mass was held Jan. 16 at St. Stephen’s RC Church in Warwick.
