Donna Czerlonek

    Donna Czerlonek of Brooklyn entered into rest on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Jamaica Hospital in Queens. She was 60.
    The daughter of Walter and Victoria Czubak Czerlonek, she was born on Oct. 30, 1957, in Brooklyn.
    Survivors include her cousins Frank Shuback of New Hampton and Ronald Bogdanski of Pine Island; sister-in-law Sandra Czerlonek; along several other cousins.
    She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Czerlonek.
    A Funeral Mass was celebrated April 2 at St. Stanislaus Church in Pine Island.
    Burial followed in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
    Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Church, c/o St. Joseph Church, 14, Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY 10921.
    Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the T.S. Purta Funeral Home.
