David W. Gott

    David W. Gott of Florida, N.Y., an assistant manager with the Black Bear Campground in the Village of Florida, entered into rest on Friday, Oct. 18, 2013. He was 54.

    The son of the John and Marilyn Roloson Gott, he was born Jan. 28, 1959 ,in Goshen.

    He was a member of the Florida Fire Department and a graduate of SS Seward Institute.

    Survivors include his father John Gott and his wife Diane of New Milford, Conn.; sister Jeanne D’Elia of Florida, N.Y.; sister-in-law Terri Gott and her son Ian of Florida, N.Y.; and two nieces, Cassandra and Tiffany Salonich.

    Funeral services were held at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home; the Reverend Vicky A. Fleming officiated.

    Cremation will be held privately.
