    Colleen C. (nee Clark) Meyer of East Rutherford, N.J., passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, surrounded by her loving family in the Hospice Center at Hackensack University Medical Center Hospice Center. She was 54.

    She is survived by her devoted husband of 18 years, Richard Meyer, and two loving sisters: Karen Wells and her husband Clark and Carol Kokulak and her husband Douglas.

    Colleen also is survived by her dear brothers-in-law Steve Meyer and his wife Jamie, Joe Meyer and his wife Trish and Tony Meyer; and her endeared father and mother-in-law, Herman and Betty Meyer. A great joy in Colleen’s life were her six nephews: Brian, Dan, Steven, Derrick, John and Nick.

    She is predeceased by her parents, John and Florence Clark.

    Colleen was born in Orange, N.J., and employed at Costco of Hackensack, N.J.

    A funeral service to be officiated by Rev. Shane Phelan will be held on Saturday, June 23, at 9:30 a.m. at the Frech Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont, N.J.

    Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah, N.J.

    The family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 22, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
