Christine M. Lupinski of Florida, N.Y., died on Friday, May 12, 2017, at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. She was 44.
The daughter of Richard and Maria (Giordano) Chambers, she was born Sept. 8, 1972, in Nyack. She married her high school sweetheart, Joseph A. Lupinski III, on July 1, 2000.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph A. Lupinski III, and their twin daughters, Mackenzie and Paige, at home; her parents, Richard and Maria Chambers of Mountainville; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph A. Lupinski Jr. and Gloria Lupinski of Goshen; and her sister, Erin Fisher, of Bloomingburg.
She worked at BOCES in Goshen as an elementary para-educator. She was an active member of the Florida community: co-leader of Girl Scout Troop 571, a board member of the Friends of the Florida Library, and the newly elected president of the Golden Hill PTA after serving as treasurer.
She will always be remembered for the love for her husband and her two girls, her beautiful smile, and kindness to family and friends. Her selfless commitment to the Golden Hill Elementary school and the Florida community will be remembered always. Most of all Christine will be remembered for her love of life.
Visitation will be Friday, May 19, from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St., Goshen, with family remembrances and eulogies beginning at 7:45 p.m. and the funeral service at 8:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Florida Fire and Rescue, the Warwick Community Ambulance, and the American Cancer Society.
