    Charles Percuoco of Florida, N.Y., entered into rest on Sunday, June 3, 2018. He was 92.
    The son of Oreste Percuoco and Carmela Rea Percuoco, he was born Oct. 12, 1925, in Hoboken, N.J.
    He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and was a member of the American Legion Post #1250 in the Village of Florida.
    Survivors include his daughter Charlene Wielk and husband Michael; son John Robert Percuoco and wife Susan; four grandchildren: Michele Szymanski and husband Thaddeus, Stephanie Mazzella and husband Anthony, Erin Garolis and Michael Garolis; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    He was predeceased by his wife Joan Gillett Percuoco and daughter Denise Garolis, two brothers and a sister.
    Visitation and Legion services were held June 7 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home in Florida.
    A Funeral Mass was held June 8 at St. Joseph Church in Florida.
    Burial will be in Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Goshen.
