Carol Ann Osborne

    Carol Ann Osborne of Middletown (and formerly of Warwick) passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was 60 years old.

    Born Jan. 23, 1952, in the Bronx, she was the daughter of Michael and Frances (Fararo) Salera.

    Carol Ann was a dietary aide with Bon Secours Health Systems at Mt. Alverno Center in Warwick. She was a member of UAME Church in Warwick.

    She is survived by her four daughters: Margarethe Jones and her husband Ricky of Middletown, Michele Varona and her husband Chris of Walden, Frances Osborne and her fiancé Leroy of Highland and Jean Osborne and her companion Ethan of Middletown; five loving grandchildren: Zenobia, Ashleigh, Brenden, Willie and Lydia; brother Thomas Salera of the Bronx; mother-in-law Gertrude Puff of Warwick; sister-in-law Sera Salera of Manhattan; her companion Sonny of Albany; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Anthony Salera.

    Interment will be in Warwick Cemetery.
