Butch Donahue
Edward (Butch) Donahue of Warwick, passed away suddenly on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at St. Anthony Community Hospital. He was 67 years old.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; special daughters Sherri Donahue and Michelle Amato; special son-in-law John Amato, and most precious of all, his three granddaughters, Grace Anne, Kayla Marie and little Sophia Rose Amato. He also is survived by his special friend, Doug.
Also surviving are all of his loving family in Illinois and Wisconsin, very special brother-in-law’s Dave Kelly (Christine), Ken Kelly (Nancy), Don Kelly (Pat); also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He and his wife enjoyed spending time with their family and especially their grandchildren, taking walks and feeding the geese at the pond. Although his time here was brief, he enjoyed living in Warwick. He enjoyed the wildlife, golfing and fishing.
Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, followed by a memorial service at 7:45 p.m.
