Ben Brock

Ben Brock of East Branch, N.Y, entered into rest on Wednesday. Sept. 6, 2017. He was 97.
The son of Floyd and Lucy Taylor Brock, he was born Aug. 21, 1920, in Beverly, Kentucky.
Ben was a U.S. Army World War II veteran, having served in the 82nd Airborne as a paramedic.
He is survived by his son Dennis Brock; granddaughter Laurie Brock; grandson Randy Brock; great grandchildren Kiarra Navarro, Cassidy Brock and Marcus Martinez; and many other family members in Kentucky.
He was predeceased by his wife Marie E. Brock, who died Feb. 12, 1996.
Visitation was held Sept. 9 at T.S. Purta Funeral Home in Pine Island. Funeral services followed,
Burial will be in Warwick Cemetery.
