Antoinette Mondello

Antoinette Mondello of Warwick passed away on Dec. 5, 2017, at Schervier Pavilion.
Born on Sept. 5, 1925, in Warwick, she was the daughter of Serafina and Nunzio Mondello.
Antoinette was an administrative assistant at St. Clare’s Hospital in Manhattan and returned to Warwick after retirement.
Antoinette loved working with her sisters at their former Garden and Gifts store in the Village of Warwick. She enjoyed meeting and assisting customers in selecting that special gift.
She also enjoyed traveling to Florida with her sisters and sharing family memories.
Antoinette is survived by her loving sisters, Jaye Mondello and Maryann Mondello, both of Warwick. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was godmother to her nephew, William Holzel.
Antoinette was predeceased by her sister Rose Holzel and brothers George, Anthony and Charles.
Private services were held at St. Mary’s cemetery in Port Chester.
