Anthony Delaney of Warwick passed away on April 25, 2023, after a brief illness. He was 64 years old.
Born in Paterson, N.J., January 27, 1959, he was the son of Joseph and Josephine (Rusciano) Delaney.
Anthony was the General Manager for GB Industries, LTD. in Ringwood, N.J.
His family statement reads: “Anthony was a selfless man with a big heart and incredible strength. He was an avid baseball fan. He enjoyed coaching as well as giving hitting lessons. He also enjoyed fly fishing, camping, and going to the beach with his family.”
Anthony is survived by his wife Nancy (nee Trumbour) at home; daughter Cara Della Monica and her husband Jonathan of Goshen; and son Thomas Delaney of Warwick; two grandchildren: Hailey and Jackson; brother Joseph Delaney of Short Hills, N.J.; and sister Renee Weinstein of Wayne, N.J.
Memorial visitation will be on Sunday, April 30, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 1, at St. Stephen RC Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick. Interment will be private.
