Anna Kellar
Anna Kellar of Warwick (and formerly of Greenwood Lake and the Bronx) passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, at Schervier Pavilion in Warwick. She was 92 years old.
Born Sept. 1, 1919, in New York City, she was the daughter of Charles and Hilda (Rogers) Mallory.
She was married for 63 years to the late Julius H. Kellar (2003).
A homemaker, she was a member of St. Stephens R.C. Church in Warwick.
A loving mother and grandmother, she always had a beautiful smile.
She is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Eggler of Warwick; three sons: William Kellar of Lancaster, California, Patrick Kellar and his wife Charisse of Ringwood, N.J., and John Kellar and his wife Maria of Bulverde, Texas; 19 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Jane Kellar, a son-in-law, Richard Eggler, four sisters and four brothers.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 5, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Lazear- Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home, followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery in Queens.
