NYU honors Prof. Richard Hull

    Warwick —Warwick resident and professor of history Richard Hull has been named a winner of a Golden Dozen award, conferred by 12 members of New York University’s Faculty of Arts and Science. This distinction celebrates a dozen faculty members who have demonstrated excellence in teaching and service to undergraduates. Winners are selected by a faculty committee from the university’s College of Arts and Science from nominations made by their colleagues and students. Along with Hull, this year’s award winners are: Paramjit Arora, professor of chemistry, Mosette Broderick, clinical associate professor of fine arts, Lourdes Davila, lecturer in Spanish, Sanford Gordon, assistant professor of politics, Martha Hodes, associate professor of history, Gabriela Ilieva, clinical associate professor of Middle Eastern studies, Marc Lieberman, clinical associate professor of economics, Mary Poovey, Samuel Rudin University Professor of English, Mark S. Smith, Skirball Professor of Hebrew and Judaic Studies, Joel Spencer, professor of mathematics, and Randall White, professor of anthropology.
