M-W scholars honored by College of Westchester

    Earlier this month, Monroe-Woodbury students Kostvantyn Sukhovarov, Lidia Sanchezl and Juliet Borden were recognized as 2005 High School Scholars from The College of Westchester in White Plains. Scholarships were awarded to more than 60 students from throughout the New York metropolitan area based on scores they received on a competitive examination administered by The College of Westchester. The recipients are also eligible to become members of the college honor's program when they enroll. The College of Westchester offers a small, private college environment with more than 130 courses within 16 degree and certificate programs in business, medical and technology.
