Local woman makes assistant account executive

Highland Mills — Catherine E. Richter has joined Eric Mower and Associates’ Albany office as an assistant account executive in the public relations and public affairs practice, marking continued growth for the marketing communications agency’s public affairs team. Richter comes to Albany via Eric Mower and Associates’ Rochester office, where she provided public relations for the Rochester Music Festival and the Rochester Business Alliance’s Small Business Council. She will be working with clients that include UPC Wind Management, the New York State Canal Corporation, Brascan Power New York, I Love New York, and others. “Catherine brings strong communications skills, media relations savvy, and sharp insights to our growing public affairs practice, as well as to our advertising and marketing clients who have public relations and public affairs needs,” said Robert J.
