Local students excel at SUNY Cortland

Cortland - A number of students from Orange County have been named to the President’s and Dean’s lists at SUNY Cortland for their work during the Fall 2005 semester. Students named to the President’s list have achieved a grade point average of 3.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale. The following local students were named to this list: • Christian M. Barbariantz, Florida • Kerri Kathleen Wright, Warwick Students named to the Dean’s list have earned a grade point average of 3.3 or higher. Local students named to the Dean’s list at SUNY Cortland include: Nina Marie Agro, Monroe Matthew Ryan Carcaterra, Highland Mills Amanda Michelle Celic, Highland Mills Gerard Eric Gass, Florida Bret Anthony Harlow, Washingtonville Jason John Knudsen, Florida Andrew Hall MacClugage, Warwick Anne Marie Marchetta, Chester Nicole Marie Nazzaro, Monroe Diana Oehm, Monroe Rachael Elizabeth Onorevole, Monroe Kristen E. Schulze, Highland Mills Tameka Icia Stephenson, Florida William H. Wilson White III, Washingtonville Kerri Kathleen Wright, Warwick Meanwhile, Laura Greaney of Monroe was one of 32 SUNY Cortland students awarded a total of $32,050 for overseas study. Greaney, a junior who is majoring in psychology, studied in London last semester.
