    Blair O'Brien of Warwick was among 187 SUNY Oneonta students who earned provost's list honors for the spring 2017 semester. To qualify for the provost's list, a student must earn a perfect 4.0 grade-point average while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.

    To qualify for the dean's list, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.
    Levi W. Gordon received the degree of doctor of veterinary medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on May 20, 2017, in Miami, Florida, Dr. Gordon, a graduate of the University of Vermont and Warwick Valley High School, is the son of Marga L. Gordon of Warwick and Dr. Paul L. Gordon of Goshen.

    Brendan Jones of Warwick graduated from University of Albany with a bachelors of science in informatics with a concentration on cyber security. He participated in the IQ4/CWA internship program with presentations at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York City. He went on to be a teaching assistant for the program and led fellow students in their studies. He is hoping to continue on to get his masters degree while working in New York City.
