Dean's list stars

Chester — Amanda Peterson of Chester was named to Castleton State College’s dean’s list for the fall 2005 semester, by maintaining at least a 3.5 GPA. She is majoring in athletic training. Castleton, with more than 30 academic programs, 19 intercollegiate sports, and 40 clubs and student organizations, stresses community service. Jennifer Cosgrove of Chester, the daughter of Thomas Cosgrove and Christine Cosgrove, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2005 semester at Champlain College. Enrolled in public relations, she achieve a 3.5 GPA and complete at least 12 credits of classwork during the semester. Located in Burlington, Vt., the college offers career-oriented programs balanced by a liberal arts foundation.
